Baking and experimenting in the kitchen is definitely a family trait; I grew up always baking with my late Nana, and my love for baking has developed over the years all thanks to her support and encouragement.
It was this love of baking which helped when starting my business a few years ago- I decided to go with the most obvious name- There must be cake! Because… well, there must be!
