The Wedding Harvest is nearly here, and that has got us VERY excited.

Here are some of the things that you will find on the day, and what you can expect from your Harvest experience.

1) The Wild Romantic & Grace Loves Lace Pop-up Bridal Boutique
When you enter the Harvest you will find a beautifully styled room by CL Weddings & Events showcasing The Wild Romantic Space. It is here that you can book in for a private dress fitting, of dresses from beautiful labels such as Grace Loves Lace at up to 30% off.

2) The Samantha Wills VIP Tipi
We are beyond excited to have Samantha Wills on board with the Samantha Wills VIP Tipi.
Samikata Tipi Events will be showcasing one of their fabulous tipis, which will be styled to perfection by Little Gray Station. VIP's will enjoy a treat on arrival by The Cake That Ate Paris, and a gift bag filled with goodies from some fabulous suppliers. VIP's will induldge in Samantha Wills sparkling, and be treated to gourmet food throughout the day.

All VIP's will also go in the draw to win $450 worth of Samantha Wills Jewellery, and also see the current SW Bridal range showcased inside the tipi.

To top it off, our VIP's will have front row seats at the fashion parade.

11:30am - 11:45am - Meet Rebecca from Hunter Valley Diamonds, and find out all about their diamonds and wedding bands.
1:00pm - 1:15am - Meet with Kristy from Figtree Wedding Photography about what to look for in a Wedding Photographer.
1:30pm - 1:45pm - Meet with Cassie from Main Event Weddings who will chat all about planning your Wedding Day.

Some of our other vendors will also showcase their work in the VIP tipi including Elyssium Blooms, AVIdeas & Hampton Event Hire.

3) The Food Vans
Food, food, glorious food.
The Harvest will dish up some of the best food on the coast with food vans and caterers onsite to make sure you are well fed on the day. Some make sure you pop along with empty stomachs, cash in hand, and enjoy the gourmet offerings.

There will be Paella by Pablo Pablo, tacos by Pop Taco, slow cooked meat delights by Little Back, ice-creams by Yummi Fruit Ice Creamery & drinks and treats from The Curious Caravan.

4) O'Reillys Bar & Chillout Zone
Let there be wine!
The O'Reillys team will be sampling 6 x wines from their range, and also selling by the glass and bottle on the day. So be sure to take advantage of the bar & lounge area styled by Lovestruck. Positioned right near our foodie vans and the entertainment precinct, it will be the perfect chillout zone.

5) The Entertainment Precinct
We have 3 of the best entertainers from the region coming to the Harvest to entertain you.
Come and lounge around, drink some wine, eat some gourmet delights and indulge in the sweet sounds of Luke & Sebastian, Renee Simone and Sarah Head throughout the day.

6) White Magazine Space
We are thrilled to have an ongoing partnership with White Magazine for the Harvest. The White Magazine team will be there on the day - the first 250 brides through the door will receive a magazine - and the current edition will also be sold for a discounted price of $10.

7) Fashion Parades by Grace Loves Lace & The Wild Romantic
Throughout the day fashion parades will be run by The Wild Romantic, featuring gowns by Grace Loves Lace. Parades will run at 11am, 12:30pm and 2pm in our marquee - to the beats of Dan from North Coast Events (DJ). This space will be sponsored by AVIdeas, Hampton Event Hire & Little Gray Station.

8) The Harvest Entrance & ExpoNews
We are so lucky to have Main Event Weddings styling our incredible front entrance. From the moment you arrive, you will feel the Harvest buzz. Here we will collect all of our guests registration details via iPad technology thanks to ExpoNews. The first 250 brides will also receive a gift bag on arrival including goodies from White Magazine, Byron Bay Cookies, Sukin Skincare, Wot Not & Organic Spa. Our guests will also be told of all of the competitions running on the day by our incredible vendors!

9) Our Vendor Spaces

10) The Atmosphere!!
Perched on the hill overlooking the World famous Kirra beach, we could think of a place we would rather be on a sunny Saturday. The day will be filled with goodness and greatness - so make sure you spread the word and come along.

Parking - Will be limited. Please park at the base of Kirra Hill, or at The Strand Coolangatta. Follow the mud map below (access to the venue is via a one-way street).
