We understand the enormity and significance of pulling together an amazing, one-of-a-kind, personal and memorable wedding day that is hassle free. After years of dreaming, wishful thinking, jotting notes, pinning ideas and tucking away inspiration, your wedding day should reflect your vision right down to the most miniscule details. "MEGA-ON-THE-DAY-SETUP"

Starting from $1150.00 + GST...

Planning, styling, liaising with florists, caterers, venues, lighting, stationery and everyone that is possibly involved in your wedding.....you have done it all BUT you can't set up your wedding until the day and well, you have more important things to be doing like GETTING MARRIED!!!! Well don't be worried because we offer a great on-the-day setup package for dynamic couples like your self.

Basically, your wedding is your control, we just help assemble it on the day and make sure we nail your brief and expectations. All of your hard work will come together when our team enter the venue and transform the space according your plans. 

What we will do for you:

- Once you have decided we are your team, then we can start the ball rolling.

- We will aim to meet with you at your wedding venue one month prior to your wedding, we generally allow up to two hours to discuss all the fine elements of your day and what you have planned.

- At our venue meeting you will provide us with floor-plans and setup ideas; however if there is anything you are stuck on or simply just want to leave it to our discretion or even brainstorm your ideas, lets do it!

- After our meeting we will put together a "setup run-sheet" which will include all the styling elements and we will liaise with the suppliers about arrival times and coordination.

- Once our run-sheet is complete and approved by you, we will proceed to send this out to the suppliers and venue.

- Our biggest role will be played out on the day of your wedding, we will arrive at your venue and let the setup begin.

- This package gives you two professional stylists from our team here at Little Gray Station.

Why you want Little Gray Station to design your wedding........because you want to put on an incredible wedding that will capture your day perfectly and one that no one will forget!!! 

Whether you are planning an elaborate marquee wedding or fixed venue we will bring the goods. No two weddings are the same and no two couples are the same; which is why a skype meeting or a face-to-face meeting is important in our initial styling process. 

What we will do for you:

- Let's start by getting to know you both! What are your interests? What style of music do you like? What's your favourite colour? What food do you love to indulge in? The more we know about you the more personal your wedding will feel when we are done. 

- Sit down and plan with you the style, feel, atmosphere you want to create from start to end. 

- When our team feel satisfied with the overload of information after getting to know you, we will start your wedding design.....eek, we love this part!

- There is only so much we can do without seeing the venue, let's check it out and come up with the ultimate floor plan. 

- Leave it to our team to liaise with the florist, lighting, cake & stationery designers; we will give all of these suppliers direction and inspiration as well as the overall concept, arrangements, and quantities. 

- Anything small and in between (yes - the detail), we will take care of this too. 

- We are almost there....let's do a run through at the venue and discuss the wedding from the ceremony through to canapés, reception and any other events included. 

- So the day has arrived! Our team will be there on the day to pull it all together with our blood, sweat and happy tears! 

- The rest is history or "happily ever after."
